Rototherm Culture Lean Tour

We Are A Team That Thinks Lean At All Times.

At British Rototherm we pride ourselves on our dedication to continuous improvement and the implementation of lean principles. We have worked closely with the Toyota Lean Management Centre to ensure that we continue to develop them team and our processes. And we love to share these learnings with the wider business community whenever we can.

All tour proceeds are reinvested directly into our teams, funding:
• Monthly team-building events
• External training and development programmes
• Ongoing development of RotoPark and our green infrastructure

Every visit is a two-way learning experience- the questions, conversations, and insights from visiting teams help us improve too.
