We offer two tour types.

Standard Tour

Whether you have an interest in finding out more about Lean or want to take your Lean journey to the next level, this is the tour for you.
On this tour you will visit departments from the office & factory with a focus on 'Learning to see waste' in every process, how the team recognise the waste and eliminate it. It also focuses on the cultural aspect and engagement of all team members in the Lean jorney.

Our Lean+ tour is for those who are already developed on their Lean journey and want to further develop their tools and systems.
On this tour you will visit departments from the office and factory, with a focus on Standardised Work, Creating Flow and Effective Problem Solving. This tour is led by key leaders who are well versed in these tools across the business.
